Music Enrichment morning with Tom Wolstenholme 17th April 2018

On Tuesday 17th April we were visited by actor/musician Tomas Wolstenholme. Tom has appeared in the West End, played national and international tours and is currently living in Oxford.

During the music assembly Tom played and sang a variety of popular songs including a rock n roll number called, ‘See you later, alligator! He played the double bass and sang, ‘King of the Road’ with Mr. W playing trombone. His message to the school was that playing music, singing or reciting poetry, is something we should all be doing and no matter how good or bad we think we are we can bring joy and happiness to ourselves and others by joining in and sharing music’.

We finished our music enrichment morning by singing, ‘Take 5 styles!’
